YWCA Canada Online Mall Policies
Purchases at YWCA Canada’s online mall can be made by credit. An automatic receipt will be generated for all online purchases. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment has been received. All prices are in $CAD. Prices do not include tax and shipping & handling, these will be added to the total of your order. Please place your order early and allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Purchases are shipped using Canada Post regular service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require expedited shipping, please call us 416-962-8881 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Providing the highest level of service and quality at YWCA Canada is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify the situation. Within 30 days of delivery, products can be returned for full refund of the purchase amount of the product plus applicable taxes. All shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping cost. Please notify us of your refund or exchange request and the reason as soon as possible and prior to shipment back to YWCA Canada by calling 416-962-8881 or emailing email@example.com. We will notify you of your refund after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 14 business days following receipt of your return.
- All credit card refunds will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase.
- YWCA processes returns immediately upon receipt of your package but it could take up to 90 days for your financial institution to reflect the credit on your statement.
