What is the return & exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify the situation. Within 30 days of delivery, products can be returned for full refund of the purchase amount of the product plus applicable taxes. All shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping cost. Please notify us of your refund or exchange request and the reason as soon as possible and prior to shipment back to YWCA Canada by calling 416-962-8881 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you of your refund after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 14 business days following receipt of your return.

Purchases at YWCA Canada’s online mall can be made by credit card.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
An automatic invoice will be generated for credit purchases.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.
How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
Purchases are shipped using Canada Post regular service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require expedited shipping, please call us 416-962-8881 or email us at email@example.com.
Can I place a large order for my company/family function?
Of course, place as large an order as you like.
If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
If you would like to send the order as a gift, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure that an invoice is not sent to the recipient.
My order hasn't arrived, how do I track my order?
We send all parcels by Canada Post using regular service unless otherwise specified. If you would like information about your parcel, please email email@example.com and we will provide you with the tracking number. Please note Canada Post cannot track small packages weighing under 50g.
How do I change or cancel an order?
